Why Are You On A Diet?
This is a really important question and you need to be really honest with yourself if you want to move up a level.
If you are doing it for health reasons or because of some other type of pressure, you might see the plan not working.
Am I being negative, no, I am being honest here.
Whenever we do something for someone else we will use their perspective as our yard stick. You might have a health problem and trying to lose weight because of what the medical profession says but until the light clicks for you personally then it is likely that you won’t change too many of your habits.
Once the idea of losing weight is what you want regardless of health reasons or any other pressures then you are a winner.
You see you might get down your weight but if the healthy eating doesn't continue what then? The weight goes back, or the cholesterol levels stay too high, other health problem can also reoccur. So do you see what I was asking?
HOW MANY OF YOU ARE READING THIS BOOK NOT BECAUSE OF ANY MEDICAL PROBLEMS BUT BECAUSE YOU HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF BEING AS YOU ARE AND WANT TO CHANGE?
If this is you then you will change because you want it badly enough. If you love a hobby then you will spend time doing it. If you really want to buy something you will try and raise the finance to get it. I hope you are getting the picture.
